Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled up until the manufacturing process has begun.  If the material has been formed and the manufacturing process has begun, you cannot cancel the order.  
• There will be a 10% cancellation fee for all cancelled orders to cover credit card processing rates.  

Modification to orders:

• Orders can be modified before the manufacturing process has begun.  
• Some modifications can change the entire design and appearance of the holster.  

Custom Orders:

• All custom order images must be sent in JPEG form.  
• Departments badges & patches must be sent in JPEG form, or they will not print properly.
• Badges and Patches must be sent to taconunlimitedllc@yahoo.com including order number.
• We reserve the right to refuse customization.  

Verify your fitment upon receipt of your Tacon Unlimited holster.  This must be done with an unloaded firearm that the holster was made for.  Kydex very rarely has a negligent discharge, when verifying your fitment we ask that you point your unloaded firearm in a safe direction.  Please provide us with any and all feedback on your fitment so that we may track and replaces our molds as necessary.  

All holsters are inspected and tested in house prior to shipment.  

Tacon Unlimited LLC. is not responsible for any injury or death that may occur with the misuse of one of our products.
